It's not as much what you feed them, but how much. I grew up on pop tarts, sugary cereals, all the things they say make you fat. I'll be 40 next year, 5'11" 170-175lbs and I still eat shit like this all the time. It's about self and portion control.

I wonder if I did a nostalgia breakfast experiment of eating 2 pop tarts and 2 eggo waffles every morning. I make my own version of eggo waffles with protein powder, pancake mix, etc. and then use a dash mini waffle maker. But hard to make a version of pop tarts.
