It's not as much what you feed them, but how much. I grew up on pop tarts, sugary cereals, all the things they say make you fat. I'll be 40 next year, 5'11" 170-175lbs and I still eat shit like this all the time. It's about self and portion control.

I'm not gonna tell you these are bad for your health, but I will say that I used to eat pop tarts almost everyday for breakfast for years and when I finally stopped I lost 20 pounds.

see, that's the thing: NOBODY ASKED. people are perfectly able to make their own decisions.

that said, this feels like a good price for a lifetime supply of pop tarts.
