Yeah, not worth it. You can end up on Amazon's naughty list if you return items. Just do what I do. Throughout the week, however you normally spend, save $16 by spending less. There you go. $16 saved. 😉

Thanks for sharing.

Ordered a 35inch LG from Costco from another deal, just last night. Other than the obvious one inch difference.... which monitor is better? The prices are pretty close but you can't beat Costco's return policy. Thoughts?

That's a VA panel, this is IPS?

Which one? This LG IPS says it's a 1800 curve?

If you go to LGs website it's actually 3800

it's listed under the picture quality specs

Hey display manufacturers: stop being mean, office people deserve 120Hz+ too.
Phones have it. Pretty basic laptops have it.
I'd rather stay on 60Hz than have to switch between that and a high refresh rate; too jarring

They make 120hz 34" monitors but they cost a lot more. 60hz makes these more affordable.

Interesting! That's almost not even curved.

I have a 49" at 1800 and I'm worried bc I also have a 1000 on order. Not sure if I want the bigger curve.

I originally posted this deal and purchased it at $340 as well. I have the 60W PD version of this monitor and it's been excellent with my work computer (Lenovo T14s) and personal laptops (Yoga 9i and MBA M2). Never had a problem with video output, charging, etc.

With this one (90W PD), Yoga 9i was never able to display anything. Windows 11 said the Display properties might be limited (tried different cables, etc). If I use a dock with an HDMI port, it works fine.

MBA M2 was able to show up on the monitor via USB-C, but as soon as the display turns off (I disabled deep sleep in the menu already), it stops charging the laptop.... then after a few minutes I hear the charging ding... this cycles constantly as long as the display is off, which indicates that the monitor is not supplying constant power to the laptop. This was noted in one of the Amazon reviews as well.

I would have loved to have 2 almost exact LG monitors side by side, but I'll be sending this back (will stick with the 27" Dell for the -infrequently used- second desk).

One last info.... the KVM on this monitor is software based, and it only works on Windows 10/11, in case you were buying it for the KVM function.

I think that's mostly due to economies of scale at this point, which won't change as long as people keep buying 60Hz and maintaining profitability.
VA panels are pretty cheap now, so I'm not sure if LG is just being stingy with IPS or if it really is expensive to make high-refresh IPS.

Is the text on this better than the one on the VA? I have the VA panel but debating if the text clarity is better since it's IPS. I know it's a low PPI but still
