Previously bought a refurbed from Newegg. Scooter I got was clearly used, well worn front tire and barely cleaned. I don't think they did anything to refurbish it other than rebox. I ended up returning it and buying the same scooter new from Costco after a several week run-around.

Just FYI this model has a litany of issues, one of the most common being the external battery connection disconnecting from the scooter which can burn out the connection and/or fry your control board. Obviously the Ninebot Max g30lp is 2x the price new, but is well known to be far more reliable

How is NewEggs return policy Incase the scooter is a DoA or malfunctions.

Looks like this will fall under their '30-day no-hassle' free return policy. Could qualify for their extended holiday return policy as well. Not positive though.

this is better because this can fold and also you dont need to do tinkering and firmware crap and buying new stuff just to unlock that walmart one.

$30 more than the $199 walmart people always like to refer to but the $30 is worth it as the time/money needed just to make that walmart like a true ES3 Plus and yet never the ability to fold is worth it

Woot had ES4 earlier for $330, but it's actually ES3 Plus. I think this is a better deal.

the walmart deal had a 300 watt motor, this is a 250w motor if i'm not mistaken

my bad the plus is 300 watts , seems to me like an ES4 basically

the razor has a lead acid battery, useless basically when it comes to battery life and longevity you are way bettter off with this one., this is lithium ion.

Ugh….I guess it's a '30-day hassle-ful' return policy. Dang you NewEgg!

If I'm reading the policy correctly (for general returns), they don't charge return shipping for items under 50 Lbs.

yeah I got one from walmart back then and wish i've gotten 3 , so i just ordered one of these ,it is identical to the ES4 from walmart based on my research and it also folds even better
