FYI, all of these styles were the same price directly on the Asics website and a few days ago they had a 40% off code + free shipping for asics members (free to join). One thing that's better about this deal is that it applies to all colors. I do wonder if there is going to be another sale from Asics that applies to more colors or has a higher discount, but who knows.

It seems like they are drastically overstocked and trying to liquidate these styles. My assumption is that they over-ordered when supply shortages were rampant and now that there is an expected slowdown in the economy and consumers will be less likely to buy discretionary items like new shoes they are trying to reduce inventory.

I've played football, baseball, wrestled for years, then got into cycling then triathlons (up to Ironman - no ultras)

Pickleball is a pretty good workout if you play singles and are playing someone good.

I feel more sore after 2hrs of pickleball vs 40miles on the bike (~20mph pace).

As I was checking out I got a message, "The seller made a change to the listed item."

They raised the price in the 3 minutes from when I added shoes to my cart and when I was checking out.

Update: Emptying my cart and doing everything over again worked. I don't know what happened. For some reason the Free Shipping got lost from my cart and worked again after I did it over.
