When I follow the link it takes me to dyson.com but the vaccum is full price. Did you have to talk to customer service?

Which retailer did you buy it from? It seems to be full price now. They must've changed it during the day.

V8 is really not that good... Battery died out quick and the ergonomics is horrible.
