This is a productivity mouse not a gaming mouse. I used it all day every day for work with my quad monitor setup and have never felt any sort of hand or arm fatigue lol
With any mouse, important to know if you like the size and shape. I read all the great reviews on this mouse, but picked one up in store and hated it. It is heavy and fairly large with a design more towards a palm grip vs fingertip or claw imo.

Business people, professionals and creatives use this mouse on wide screens and multi displays everyday. So, your comment has no basis. A reality check will tell you computers are used for more than gaming.

Not for gaming. Named Best Work Mouse on rtings.com last month. This has been the top reviewed mouse for work and multimedia on Amazon and Best Buy. Maybe you have carpal tunnel or a weak wrist. LOL. Would be better if you post what you consider a better mouse.
