look at 3 attachments from when i did this deal a few months back.
in bay area , ca
when i had only 1 line.===>total was 16.44
when i had 5 lines===> total was 21.75
in middle when i added 2 lines on 8/24 and 2 lines on 8/26.
the bill as crazyhigh.
and this was after getting a 60 courtesy credit !!

(I ported in 7 numbers so I *might* be able to cancel/re-add 3 of them... might not work... takes 72 hours for IMEI's to clear... then representative told me I would hit the "limit" of 10 lines per account, even if they have been cancelled they count towards the 10 limit...)

So 10 lines is lifetime of account and you cannot add more even you cancel some lines? That didn't sound right.

another way is using a referral to get visa gift card. it varies from $25 to $75 I think. you can try both and see if both works. like first referral and next cb site
also check your rewards page if there is any reward for adding a new line.
one shows $499 order amount and $0 cashback and another with order amount 0 and $50 cashback
