for everyone asking about taxes.
look at 3 attachments from when i did this deal a few months back.
in bay area , ca
when i had only 1 line.===>total was 16.44
when i had 5 lines===> total was 21.75
in middle when i added 2 lines on 8/24 and 2 lines on 8/26.
the bill as crazyhigh.
and this was after getting a 60 courtesy credit !!

By the way, I read someone mentioning about $5 Boost numbers on eBay somewhere in this thread. I cannot find the post. Nor do I find $5 numbers on eBay. Would anyone might like to point me to the deal, please? I need 3 numbers to port over to Xfinity.
So lets say buy $1 H2o sim and port to XM
XM to charge minimum $15 per month
Maintain for 90 days 3*$15=$45
Prepaid $200 card per line so 200-45-1=155 gain?
So if max 5 lines then 5*155= 770 gain😉

lines 2-5 are not 15 each.
rather just the tax.
for me.
1 line was $16.xx. and 5 lines was $21.xx
all this info i have placed in wiki.
folks should really try and read that.
