I was a huge proponent of this service at one time. The coverage is excellent and the price is low. However, their customer service is so poor that I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone with them when I tried to simply move a line to another account. Instead of transferring, they disconnected the line and I lost access to it. You have been warned.

Xfinity customer support is bad, I have not received the multi product discount. Not yet received the $100 gift card. Have been following up for last two months multiple calls.

I saw the same issue so I called Xfinity Mobile customer service and had them place my order. They text you a link to review and confirm the order before they can submit. That page showed $200 prepaid card attached to my order. So I guess the only thing I may have lost is the $5 cashback from SlickDeals!

It doesn't matter you believe or not, I use Verizon Fios, get the Xfinity internet only for Xfinity Mobile to avoid the extra $25 fee per line. So extra $30 cost per month for me, I don't even use any Internet service which I paid every month.

Xfinity is one of brand under Comcast.

Whoever can participate when promo come up.

Anyone tried porting in from ting for this? I am having trouble where the port in fails because Xfinity says ting service is inactive.. and ting says they are not even seeing the port request..

I ported in 2 numbers fine from Ting yesterday, and it was done in few minutes, but it failed to port one number! I called their Advanced team and they said they can do manually but unsure what problems they were facing!! She told me that it may take 24 hours...! 24 hours are already over but nothing yet! I'll wait for anther day and call again.

Were these numbers activated for a while on ting or from the 0.99 best buy/ target deal which gives one month credit?

My Xfinity SIM cards are in transit. How do I activate them on Web now ? I see my inactive lines at https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/my...t/activity but I don't see any option to activate

I received the SIM card in the mail today and in the process of activating the SIM. It has been over 15 minutes now and it is still in the activate SIM phase. It states "we're transferring your number from Google Voice to Xifinty Mobile." How long does it usually take to activate?

GV is considered a landline so 2-7 days -- they'll let you know when its done (you can close the browser)

oh no, missed this deal and is back to $100 till 10 Jan

shall i wait 3 more weeks for the next promotion and hopefully it will be back to $200?

Hello GH, I had seen $200 rewards for line ported from T-Mobile, when i had gone to their store but that was during Black Friday. I don't see the above message as I didn't move any tmobile lines.
So it may be you ported some tmobile lines

For me i do see:
Get an extra $100 for each Xfinity Mobile line you add — up to 5 lines.
