I was a huge proponent of this service at one time. The coverage is excellent and the price is low. However, their customer service is so poor that I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I spent at least 8 hours on the phone with them when I tried to simply move a line to another account. Instead of transferring, they disconnected the line and I lost access to it. You have been warned.

Xfinity customer support is bad, I have not received the multi product discount. Not yet received the $100 gift card. Have been following up for last two months multiple calls.

I saw the same issue so I called Xfinity Mobile customer service and had them place my order. They text you a link to review and confirm the order before they can submit. That page showed $200 prepaid card attached to my order. So I guess the only thing I may have lost is the $5 cashback from SlickDeals!

Not able to actually 4 lines, due to locked IMEI, website gives no option to proceed.
Any inputs appreciated.

Usually within 7-10 days after activation. But they combine cards too so you might not see 2 separate cards

I opened four lines, first line requested a new number and the remaining three lines porting over three numbers. I thought I could port a number over after submitting the order, but found it this would disqualify for the $200 promotion. I have not activated the first line and it's already showing a $10 charge for activation fee. Anyone know if it would cause any issues on the other three lines if I cancel the first line?

All lines are represented by only 1 entry of the promo period (Q42022) on the tracker. Once qualified after 3 months, the tracker will update with the exact amount e.g. $200 (if 1 line), $400 (2 lines) and so on
