Mine also stuck at qualified but I got the gift card yesterday. Ported all my numbers to tello and closed.
I wasn't looking for any promo. Just trying to port out 6 lines to the cheapest carrier possible and be done. I offered free lines on slickdeals as well but got no takers so I signed up for tello $10 plan and ported out 6 lines. My contract with xfinity is also up next month so I need to sign up a new one under my wife's name and will sign up for xfinity mobile again.
I added a line and ordered sim card. The sim card arrived last Thursday but there is no button online allow me to activate it. I tried to avoid chat or call xfinity to activate since their customer service is terrible.

I had a heck of a time porting a real iPhone to Xfinity Mobile even when it passed the Xfinity Mobile IMEI checker, gave a nondescript error and support kept telling me IMEI was active on another line. Any way to avoid this when using IMEI generator? Do you do anything special after generating the IMEI? Thanks!
