Never turn off the shower and immediately exit, expecting your bath mat (of any material) to absorb the half-gallon of water that flows off of your body. Turn off the water, wait until at least the water stops rapidly dripping off of your body. Ideally, have the towel within reach and at least partially dry off before exiting. The towel is intended for drying your body. The bath mat is for your feet, not to take on massive amounts of water and then expected to not smell like ass!

I've bought like 10 of these, different brands. They all never dry.
Just stick to the microfiber thick mats. Easier to throw into the wash and hang dry.

read the reviews by most recent - surely there has to be some ftc action incoming, regarding amazon's burying of critical reviews?

Anyone tried those stone type materials that's supposed to dry and stay dry?

I like these soft ones but they stay musty after a few showers.

Yeah I use them as a drying mat next to the sink. They do dry quickly but they get dirty and the only way to clean them is to sand them.

It's incredible the amount of manipulation they get away with. Not that it means jack to Jeff, but I'll never pay for prime again, no way I'm going to support what Amazon is doing.

These are pretty comfortable to sleep on after a long night of drinking, and sleeping next to the toilet.

When I see a half-price Slickdeal for something I don't need, I try not to let the quality distract me.

You can step on your old clothes while you dry yourself. It's going to the laundry anyway so just use your old clothes after you shower.

I've always toweled off before getting out of the shower.
Thought that was common sense but apparently not lol
