Sits just below a 2080 and from what I have read you can adjust the settings to it close to the 2080. This is the best comparison chart for GPU's https://www.tomshardware.com/revi...,4388.html

I would wait until at least next week when the new cards release on the 13th from AMD its possible this might drop more by the end of the year.

Isn't the rebate useless since I would need the actual UPC to submit the rebate and the card will not be delivered till 1/17-1/18? From the rebate form:

"This offer runs from 12/01/2022 until 12/31/2022. Mail all required documentation to the address listed on the mail-in form or upload required documentation directly to this website. Submissions must be postmarked or uploaded by 01/21/2023 and within 21 days "

No idea, not a rebate expert and I try to avoid purchases with rebates. I would imagine that the bigger deal is that you aren't charged until it ships, and that would be outside the purchase window. However, MSI has been running the same rebate for the last 3 months, so there is a good chance they will run it again in Jan.
