I wish I could say "yes" emphatically but this year there's been serious issues with the Running Warehouse returns department. They're still a good store to buy from but recent delays in processing returns and issuing refunds has irked me. If you need to return your shoes expect to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund. It can take 7-10 days just for their staff to get to your return package AFTER it's delivered to the warehouse,

This week I had to call to get my refund on a package that was delivered to their returns department back on November 28th. The phone customer rep was helpful. However, my earlier emails inquiring about missing/delayed refund went unanswered for 3 days. I experienced a similar delay back during the summer. Very frustrating. Their customer service used to be on point up until last year. Now it seems that they are in disarray and understaffed.

RW has a better general sale going for other clearance models that has a multi-buy discount.

I’m a nurse and walk 5-10 miles daily. Purchased 3 pairs recently and rotate them everyday. These are my go to shoes now. Feet don’t hurt! Prior to getting these shoes, I looked at inserts from the good feet store, but at $5,000 for the inserts that made my feet hurt horribly when just trying them on I quickly decided against those. I will be purchasing these shoes again and this is an awesome price!

How are these for running on bark?

There's a 1.75ish mile stretch of bark dust on my half marathon trail (everything else is blacktop), and I can barely finish it in my Bondis, as my knees get super sore.

I'd prefer to just go the route I have, avoiding the bark requires me to run around a busy city block 4x.

Have you tried increasing cadence on the bark section? The lugs are not aggressive on the ATR series. But I don't think there's a running shoe that excels on bark -- maybe a full-on trail shoe with a MegaGrip (or similar) outsole. But that comes with a weight penalty and MegaGrip wears FAST on road.

Great Deal, bought a pair of ATR6 last month for trail running ~115 and they're great for medium technical trails!

How’s the durability of these? I love my Hoka road shoes (have Clifton, bondi, Mach 4, x2) but durability has been terrible so transitioning to other brands.

I found hokas durability to be on par if not better than brooks or saucony. Got 3 pairs of altras to try/switch to, but already know they aren't durable.

Saucony has a back cushion lip issue where the cushion gets misaligned that appears in all my iterations of both regular and trail runners.

Note: use them for mainly backpacking/hiking with the very occasional trail run.

Seeking advise- I have been out of the running game for over 10 years, trying to get back in. My last shoe was a Saucony Peregrine. I've heard good things about Hoka brand, but not sure of some things like weight or durability

Can't speak to this model but I have the Torrent 2's for hiking and they've been rock solid.
