I preordered mine for about $28 more through Movies Unlimited. I figured it may be hard to come by as some of Sony's fancy sets tend to be. Apparently not, though. This is a crazy good price. I can't take advantage of it, but if you're interested, it's 11 pretty cool and unique movies for not even $13 a pop.

Keep in mind, there are no blu-ray copies and no digital copies in this set. It's just 4Ks. Kind of a bummer, but at least we get some cool movies on 4K. Reviews on the transfers have been quite positive.

It was literally at the retail price a few days ago and wanted to really get the box set but couldn't because it was so expensive. This discount is insane!

Why would anyone buy this? Find me "unhelpful" all you want. 11 movies in a cardboard box? 4k isn't even 4k transfers! Movies are scanned at 2k for these "4k" discs. Yes 4k looks better than Blu-ray.. but not that much.

Digital copies included, or just the 4K discs?

From the Amazon link, it looks like they each come in the typical 4K disc packing. These seem like artsy films, when the cinematography deserves the 4K (well 2K and HDR) treatment.

Great deal but these movies really don't have much of a market. Feels like a Sony executive personally wanted these flicks on UHD and put together a box set of unsellable movies for Christmas.

blu-ray.com reviews indicate 10 of 11 are native 4k. only still alice is upscaled.
