Tip if you like the chessman cookies or like using them for banana pudding like I do: Publix sells a 2.25oz bag of mini chessman cookies for only $1.25 regular price. For some reason it comes out to cheaper per oz than the regular sized bag, even at Walmart prices, plus personally I prefer the smaller cookies in the pudding. Two bags are enough for a regular sized batch.
