If you are an existing FIOS customer, without Verizon Wireless (cell) service, give this a try.
Check http://verizon.com/specials to see what is currently offered in your area (make sure the zip code is correct).
Try ordering it, but most likely it won't give you that price when you get to the options to order.
If the offer is less than you're paying now, chat with a rep, mention that you see the offer but it won't let you order it.
They will say it is not applicable to your account.
At this point you can try asking to speak to a supervisor, that isn't the path I took though, they offered it later in the chat.
If your area also has a competitor like Xfinity, mention that they are offering 400 meg for $29.99 per month (or whatever offer is in your area). Not sure if this helped my case or not but can't hurt if you have a similar offer.
They probably still say they can't do anything.
Ask them to schedule cancel of your service on the last day of your billing cycle (if your billing cycle ends in a few days, don't risk that, either wait a few days to try this or tell them to cancel at the end of your next billing cycle a month out since it will take you a while to get the new competitor service installed).
In my case they then offered for me to talk to a supervisor. I restated the case to them, and they applied $10 discount to match the offer on my current plan. Got an email, accepted the offer, and was good to go.
No 10 year price lock included in my deal (no router either but I don't need that). The 10 year price lock says only for customers who have not been active in 180 days. So if you really want that 10 year lock, you probably have to cancel and sign up again under a new name (there is a specific process to follow when doing this, make sure you schedule the cancellation on the last day of your billing cycle and the new service to start on the day after that, and you will have some downtime).

Around here the gig plan is now $90 with autopay discount, so make sure you have autopay set up, as that is a $10 discount, maybe that's why yours is showing $10 higher?
I have both the T-mobile plan and verizons gig plan.
t-mobile:
gives a 15day free trial
refused to give me the $25 discount plan unless I convert my sprint / t-mobile plan over to t-mobile
The speed is avg but gaming I noticed some lag.
The verizon gig:
$15 military discount
$25 discount if u have verizon cell service, must maintain cell service for the 10 years to keep this
I just applied a military discount and they raise my original plan by $10 for me to be able to the $15 military discount so it only saved me $5.
T-mobile you may get latency or lose bandwidth because you're sharing the tower
true FIOS is fiber - so no cap there, their LTE and 5G Internet is different (offered in places where they don't have fiber) so can't speak to that.
What speeds can I expect from T-Mobile Home Internet?
T-Mobile 5G Home Internet customers see typical download speeds between 33-182 Mbps, which is great speed for streaming video, surfing the web, working from home and most types of online gaming. Speeds can vary depending on location, signal strength and availability, time of day, and other factors. Our speed projections are based on our analysis of internal and third-party data. See T-Mobile.com/OpenInternet for more information.
Deal is $29.99 for 10 years if you are not a Verizon mobile customer, includes router rental. I save far more with prepaid, non-Verizon cell service.
Thanks for this deal OP!

Never tried the cancel/redo. The move form still works as far as I know. If not, and your married or live with someone else, you can have them sign up as a new customer and you cancel (assuming they have a vzw line as well.) Since the move form is online and automated, it was much easier than calling in.

They don't require you to use a different name, at least they never have before. Just a different username on the account, but I've always just changed my old account to a different email then I can use my regular email (same one) on the new account.
