It was originally released as an arcade game. Very young children will love the sounds and visuals, but they may get bored fairly quickly as the experiences are pretty much the same. Honestly, I wouldn't spend more than $5 on this.

It's pretty fun. Worth 20 bucks for sure.
Some people say they get bored easily. But this game really does it for me.
The popping graphics, awesome Cruisin' tracks, the usual Cruisin USA like music just blew me away the first time I played.

Cars boost, boost jump, flip, spin left and right, and more.
I actually prefer these games oriented towards having fun then realistic sims that are for grinding.
Awesome pickup racing game.

This game is an excellent throw-back to the originals. It's been a lot of fun to play and has near-infinite replayability.
I paid $17 for mine, but I wouldn't hesitate to pay $20-30 for it.
