According to the Asus website tech specs, they have slightly different pixel pitch ratings, and the QMY has 4ms GTG where the QM is 1ms, but the graphic and everything else on Asus' website say they both have 1 ms GTG response times. Even the webpages are the same for both of them except for those few specs.
