Are you sure it was this 20" one? The smaller 16" ones were/are $15.. This Hello Kitty one has been OOS each time I've checked over the past few months and I've never seen it in-store.

So true, in fact, you will lose money if buying a lot of items online becsaue they tack on hidden shipping fees for each item. If you have 10 items and they are $3-4 more expensive than in the store, you just paid an extra $40 to "ship" your stuff. I would rather pay the in-store price and have Coscto charge me a shipping charge.

Yes it is refunded to you when you return an item that either charges for shipping or has the shipping included or free shipping.

I'd gladly pay $40 to have my stuff delivered than deal with the holiday crowds at Costco. The time and frustration looking for parking is worth it alone.
