There's only two worse marketplaces to buy stuff from. Walmart and Wish. The 5 times I've bought stuff from Newegg marketplace, I've received broken stuff, wrong stuff, missing parts stuff and its been a real hassle to get refunds 4 of the 5 I had to chargeback and refile. Never again.
