Not trying to be one of those condescending health advocates, but vegetable oil and canola oil are terrible for your body. Pay a little bit more money for better alternatives like avocado oil (which has a similar smoke point for high temp cooking) and olive oil, your body will thank you. Its the little harmless tweaks like this to your everyday diet that will lead to a healthier and longer life.

Thanks! I did an S&S for 4 gallons. I had $10 off $25, so my total was 14.31. That makes each gallon $3.57.

Not really. I buy the avocado oil spray 2-pack that they sell at costco, and its $8 on sale, or $12 normally I believe. The spray also helps in controlling the amount you actually use while you cook. You'd be surprised how little oil you actually need for stir-frys and such
