I tried to buy 3 of these using codes SHOPTIME and SHOPSALE and site says the items are not eligible even though they are specifically listed under SALE and marked as qualifying on the site

Yes that turns out to be the deal —ONLY the most outrageously expensive items qualify even thought the listing clearly says that all of the hoodie items qualify. $80 plus for a hoodie — nah
