This is a high-end set of 120-tooth flex-head ratchets from a reputable brand. One ratchet typically sales for $50 at the big box stores. Typical price for the set is $150. Amazon and Home Depot have them on sale for $127. The lowest price currently on the internet is this vendor at $114.37
These are probably the best ratchets currently on the market. Unlike many other brands that make dual pawl 120-tooth ratchets, these can be disassembled for cleaning/lubing. The 120-tooth ratcheting allows only 3 degrees of arc between clicks. You might be perfectly happy with a 72 or 90 tooth ratchet, but if you are in the market for top-level flex heads, then this deal is decent. They are not locking heads, but they have a good detent which I prefer over a locking switch.

Still at $114 coming up on the holidays, this is an unusually low price in the past couple years. This is a crazy good gift for anyone that is mechanically inclined. If someone bought me a 72-tooth ratchet set, it would literally be useless to me, but almost everyone is upgraded by these, so they work even for difficult to shop for people.

As for best, they are definitely good but yeah no, dual80 is a different league. Then again a single dual80 ratchet cost more than this set.
I bought two of these packs a few years ago, was pretty excited for the 120xp, first step into nicer ratchets after years of hobbyist wrenching, honestly have not gotten much use out of them. Subsequently bought snappy stuff, use the heck out of them. That's just how things landed for me though, definitely solid offering once you take care of the back drag situation
