I enjoy really nice, expensive coffee. However I'm poor, so I also enjoy the cheapest, best bang-for-your-buck coffee I can find. Thanks for this SlickDeal!

Starbucks is so overrated it's crazy. It's not strong. It's burnt. And people won't say they don't like it for fear of being called unsophisticated

I don't understand you pod people. Folgers, Dunkin, McDonalds all go for significant premiums and that makes no sense to me. This isn't a snobbery thing.

You can pay less and get equivalent coffee without trying very hard, or pay this much or slightly more to get a nice higher-quality coffee. If you don't mind waiting for a sale, you can get good coffee for this price. I don't get paying this much for at best middle-of-the-road coffee.

Cheaper as-good coffee: Great Value 96 cts (27c per cup regular price), local grocery stores around here almost always have a store brand at <30c per cup (and I live in a high cost of living area), Grocery Outlet had a pretty good coffee at around 22c per cup, ...

Better coffee for the same price: SF Bay on Amazon usually has a coupon knocking it to 30-35c per cup, costco sales usually knock theirs down to this price, ...

Sales that beat this - just subscribe to kcup deal notices. But, as an example, you can get SF Bay French Roast for 23c each after coupon or less with S&S, most others are 31c after coupon/S&S.

I don't care what coffee you drink, this just isn't a good value.

Wow we have a coffee snob here.
They're all over the comments section of every coffee post. Guess it makes them feel superior.

what are the best kcup coffee brands?? don't say Starbucks i find them bitter lol
Starbucks gives me a stomach ache every time I drink it. Due to heart issues, I have to drink decaf now. Gorilla organic pods are the BEST, in my opinion.

Totally agree. Sometimes I'm forced to go there by others and they look at me weird when I say I don't want any, even if they're buying. Free nasty coffee is still nasty. That having been said, any suggestions as to if they have a good, or relatively less bad coffee type there? In case I do one day feel inclined to overpay for it when I'm dragged there against my will.

Veranda is ok for people that like coffee and like to drink it black. The reason Starbucks has all the crap you can add is because the coffee stinks and the people that like Starbucks don't like coffee.

Black silk - dark roast version is also available at the same price
it's the same 0.28oz per cup. It simply doesn't have enough coffee ground per cup. you still get watery dark roast coffee even if you brew small. these are even lighter weight than green mountain.

Wrong, several thanks. Maybe stop being an intolerant asshole nobody wants around, but probably not possible for someone like you.
