A card capable of four inputs at $150 isn't going to be a pro offering in the first place, naming conventions aside. But that is a whole lot of capability for real-time camera switching during live production, at a reasonable price.
I have updated the link 5 times now, but Slickdeals or Amazon keeps defaulting back to the a different seller. Make sure to select the item sold & shipped by Amazon for the $149.99 price.

Sorry, but 4k at 30fps is not Pro. Maybe 5 years ago

This is a fantastic deal. Normal price for this is around $360. Before the last month or two, the previous lowest price on Amazon was around $250, and this beats the low by a $100.
Since November, Amazon has been having regular discounts on this, but $150 is by far the lowest ever. Makes me wonder if Elgato is preparing a new model.
No, this doesn't do more than 4K 30, but for content creators and streamers, 4K 30 is about all we'd need.
I'm currently using an HD60 Pro to connect my camera to my computer and an Elgato Cam link for my other computer. Both have had rock solid performance.
Thanks OP, just purchased!

How well does this work for capturing console games while streaming?

I love it. I've used it for hundreds of hours of video and it's been a great piece of gear for me. Used it for streaming and it's perfect for that too (actually what it's designed for).

Another option, a bit more expensive but a good bit better: Amazon has the Avermedia Live Gamer 4K which does 4K/60 + HDR for about 187 if you click on "more sellers". Not prime but ships from Amazon for free so it's taken care of.
It's actually been at this discounted price for a little while at Adorama, I've been wondering if other retailers would start dropping the price or if the discount would eventually expire. It's still at $359.99 at B&H and most stores so it's a pretty jarring discount.

You're either going to find similar cards at the consumer level, or you'll be going up in price to the commercial level equipment.

It's capable of high bitrates and produces fine colors. Just a thought
