I do not recommend this company. Please check trustpilot as well as googling their company. Ironically after warning people the last time an Avalon product was shilled… my review of the company that was created in 2015 was flagged by Avalon. Coincidence.

I have an Avalon. The dam thing keeps freezing up, and i have to unplug it so the cold defrosts. It's only a year old. Disappointed in this brand.

I've had a different Avalon model for years and it works fine, was great when kids were too little to reach the sink and with the 2.5 gallon bottle it will fit on my countertop, but I've noticed my BJs stopped selling spring water to fit these. The regular size and smaller 2.5 gal bottles are all "purified" municipal water now.
