Good deal. I use these for my work laptop. Sound good, comfortable, long battery life.
Bought it for my Xbox to do dual audio for discord but now Xbox added discord and I'm back to playing on my gaming desktop instead so not being used for their initial purpose.
I have the original 7 wireless, and I mostly love it. It has stood up well, no build issues, not much random dropping, a little light on the length of the signal but... I keep hearing SteeleSeries dipped in quality which really surprises me because I doubt others put as much stress on that headband as I do.
Is this the old SteelSeries, well built type model or one of the new ones with the iffy stuff. My main reason for wanting a new one is USB-C, so I can wait.

Same boat, like the 7X and 7P I have. No complaints at all, though the Sonar is a little buggy after Windows or driver updates. It requires some tweaking. I am the type to upgrade, but nothing seems compelling in the Nova or Pro line except the USB-C charging.

Their whole lineup confuses me now, though.
Yeah, this is purely an upgrade want, not really a need.
I've done it many times though, Logitech, dropped them to signal problems, Corsair, software kept having issues and restarting/not working, Razer Man-Of-War, somehow heavy and cheaply made, not steady, I think I had an ANC or something at one point.
SteeleSeries has been a keeper, but every once in awhile a micro-USB cord just won't charge it. I don't fully hold this against them though because other micri-USB devices I have, have done the same thing so I just slowly covert them to better inputs, USB C, as sales and availability shows up. I am going to be quite sad if their quality dropped while they turned their lineup into a weird mix of marketing lingo and models. I hear you there.
The reason these are amazing is they do simultaneous bluetooth with USB out. So I am on discord with my friends playing CoD while they are on PC, or playing splatoon 3 on my switch with discord chat at the same time, getting all audio.
I can even talk on the phone with someone while playing PS5, or Switch, or XboxS/X. I have this exact model and it is the only one I have seen that does EVERY device with simultaneous BT.
Thanks, when I saw both Amazon and Best Buy were OOS, went to the near BB and bought the Nova Pro. I would have preferred buying through amazon the Nova Pro, I am returning the Arctis Nova 7x.

Exactly, I was in the market for a new headset and I wasn't looking to spend more than $50 but when I saw that this had simultaneous connections I was instantly sold on it. I typically play chill games what doesn't require 100% attention so I like having music or videos playing off of my PC. I like it so far, very comfortable and I'm really utilizing the hell out of the dual connect function.
