Have the same cart. The tires stay aired up just fine 1 1/2 year. Solid tires would kill your ability to take heavy loads off hard paved surfaces with ease. Stick with the pneumatic tires that come with it. (huge plus to the cart, they also help a little with suspension since there is give to them)
If you can't put air in a tire, you probably aren't going to be the type of person who will be using a wheelbarrow anyway.
can't say the same for all my wheelbarrow tires......... WHY THESE ALWAYS FLAT!?!?

I've had one of their carts for 6 years, add air once per year and only if needed. It sits outside uncovered in the grass. I do think having the cart in the 'dump' position does help as I assume many people allow the bucket to fill with rain, adding stress to the tires while not in use.

This thing + the gorilla 3 step ladder are most haves around the house
Both carts have held up to some extreme abuse from us, moving dirt, gravel, bricks, busted concrete, etc etc. I love that I can attach the bigger cart to my mower and tow it around. It also has the ability to create a create a little gate/fence around it to allow it to hold taller things(think like the sides of a wagon).
If I had to pick one, I would take the bigger cart.
