Uber eats is the worst. If you ever have to contact the support/help team with issues for a wrong charge, promo didn't apply, or something that has gone wrong with your order… they will mess your refund up and even if you win the dispute with your credit card and you get your money back from the credit card Uber will apply a negative balance in the amount your credit card refunded you after winning the dispute. It's not worth spendings the amount of time you have to get refunded for an error caused on their end.

Plenty of threads in this on Reddit, if you're inclined to google the shit show Uber eats is.

Uber eats are charging more when compared to Doordash for some restaurants. When checked with the restaurants they said the rates are not set by them.
I always compare rates with doordash

Never had a problem. Any issue with an order always resolved for me. I order multiple times a week. I must say disputing with CC is not a good idea unless CC was actually stolen. Not a good recourse if you just had an issue with the order

I haven't had a problem either.. they are usually pretty good about giving credit.. I am always paying with gift cards though.
