At the end of the day these chargers are all made in somewhere from China and they just re-brand them accordingly. So suit yourself, I myself choose Anker or Amz basics and not Zhiao zang xiao lu etc brands for easier customer support if needed.
Many reviews state that this is GAN when it's not. Also a lot of "paid/free" reviews from product testors. Personally I've used the Amazon basic 65w single port charger without issue. I would imagine that this 36w 2 port USB should be of the same quality hopefully since it does have 1 year warranty. Do note that some buyers had issues with warranty too so YMMV.

The Belkin one is slightly faster, but only useful for iPhones. Don't think Android phones charge at 20w.
I believe the pixel 6/7 will charge with 20w or more unlike other Android phones, that's why not all the chargers are supported for pixel to do a Quick charge
It's UL listed. But even if it wasn't insurance only has issues with payout in cases of negligence. So, like, maybe don't put the charger in your microwave oven?

This charger looks almost exactly like the Anker design. I wouldnt be surprised if it was the exact same.
