I have this kit and have used the screws many times without issue, but all usage has been lite duty.

Even if they are cheap, this appears to be more organized than the coffee can I'm currently using. In for one.

The regular price is 40. You're getting 1300 with dividing trays. I'm not sure what you were expecting.

Not sure what you were trying to do for them. I've done a few harder jobs but I only needed one or two different sizes so I just bought bulk packs. Ended up with 200 and spent about 20. I'd love a set like this for everything else.

I got these last time around and the screw quality is very poor. The heads broke off many of them when driving into wood (even with pilot holes). I think they could be OK for softer wood or balsa, but were a no go when screwing into wall studs. The nuts and bolts are holding up and have a good variety of smaller sizes.

I'd love something like this that isn't terrible quality. I looked around a while back but all of the suggestions were like >$200 IIRC. Anyone know of a thing like this (even 1/4 the size) that's high quality and under $100?

If they're really stainless, (rust resistant) and snap/cam out easily, they're probably loaded with lead. Hard pass for me.

I bought this in store last year….. very very poor quality they strip when you tighten the screw with the matching nut. Screw heads snap off, if it doesn't snap they strip. A lot of useless sizes the plastic organizer is a B!+€# to separate and put back together. Save your $$$$$

Super soft metal, might as well be made of cake.

As much as I'm all for having an assortment of fasteners on-hand, these aren't it.

I've got this set. My use case is extremely light duty.
Need a set with small, miscellaneous hardware and I didn't feel like breaking the bank. Use it with my 3D Printed parts to assemble things/mock things up.

Ok so now that we got the hardware quality out of the way, how is the quality of the organizer cases?

I need some decent organizers. Was going to get some Husky or Stanley or HF….but if these are conparable, may as well get free hardware too while I'm at it

As others have said I don't recommend this even for this cheap. Screw heads broke off for me which ruined a project.
