Hey, I have the fix, I post it in most Samsung threads. Disable the Samsung Live TV app, and it makes it a lot smoother, not quite perfect, but 90% of the way there.

This one is still alive. Just ordered today . Also got the 2 year Samsung care by chatting. Couldn't get them to add installation

PayPal has 6% cash back as well

Yes it was delivered by AGS but the driver said the box damage was there when he picked it up. I took a chance and ordered a second TV which arrived on Thursday (also by AGS) in perfect condition. I'm glad I didn't give up on them. Super happy with the TV and the price.

Just to educate you and many others, the reason Oled scores so high is because the heavily weighted factor on contrast.

Literally any Oled tv scores a 10 on Rtings in that Contrast department which is the main factor of their score.

If they weighted towards brightness then these LEDs would score much higher.

Do you happen to remember which chat team you talked to? I started with order support chat, they transferred me to product support because my order has been delivered and is still inside the return period, then they wanted me to call the promotions team 855-726-8721...

Update: called the number and they transferred me to the Samsung Care team, which was an automated system that would ultimately not connect me to a human.

Update2: oh, did you have them add the Samsung care before purchasing the TV? maybe it's because mine is already delivered.
