Agree completely! Great deal but I'm holding out on a deal on the chainsaw only too.
Many ppl don't realize the differences in the Milwaukee circular saws, as at a quick glance of any pic they all look the same. The 2830 is miles above the rest.
Tho the 6ah HO batteries are fantastic & far better than the 5ah XC that stores usually try to push, tools like this 2830 circular saw and the 2727 chainsaw are better matched to at least the 8ah HO battery pack for longer operating time.
For me, I much prefer a small Stihl for any chainsaw work, like the MS170, especially for very light tree trimming/cutting, and have zero desire for any battery operated chainsaw. Battery operated chainsaws are not 'petroleum free'. You still have to use bar & chain oil to keep the bar/chain well lubed.
