Man i really want to order this since it's a decent price, but I got both the 9 and then the 10 and both were returned because both have absolutely terrible connectivity issues. Couldn't use the app and it was a complete nightmare. Tried with 4 different devices and it was the same on all. I've heard the newest ones still have these issues too, it's a shame because the cameras are great, but they're such a huge headache because of this and you lose 90% of the usability.

I just placed the order, and only the $150 for the gopro itself is pending in my amex charges. I don't see the subscription yet. As a result, I have not yet received the amex offer trigger email.

I just placed order. I'm not an AMEX holder. But I was able to use ENDURO code for free battery. I also bought it with the subscription (as buying without it will cost more) and I only paid for the camera portion for now. Im not sure how they will charge for the subscription but I definitely don't want to pay for it. I wonder if I can cancel it before they charge..

That would be the deal right there. If the sub is charged separately and there is a money back cancel period, def would be slick.

Edit: No refunds for sub.
You may cancel Your Subscription at any time as described in Section 6, effective at the end of the billing period. You can access all the Subscription benefits until your cancellation is effective and no refund will be issued.

Thanks for the info! Yeah I doubt they would let people cancel and refund portion of a deal to make it cheaper.

I added a USB easy access cover to get it over 200 for my Amex deal. The fine print of my amex deal said 200+ in one or more transactions so we'll see

Great camera but it chews through standard batteries quickly and gets pretty warm during use. Otherwise awesome picture/video quality and features.

I used to own this but had to return it. The video quality is the worst I've seen. Please save your money and go for the higher versions or better yet the lower versions like 7 or 8.
