I was looking at the 16" Legion during black friday at costco, but it had a 1050ti and now this is pretty much the same thing with the 1060...not sure it's a killer deal, but certainly a nice laptop w/good specs.

edit I snagged the Lenovo legion 5 pro with 2tb ssd, 16gb ram, 3060 and intel i7-12700h for 1295. 1390 after tax. but I think 200 is worth 1.5gb and from regular to pro model. my CC doubles warranty to 2 year, from standard 1 year

It points out, among others, that Costco's description of the screen resolution of 2160 by 1350 is wrong (it's actually 2,560 x 1,440).

yep, it is 1440, Lenovo sent me the faq on it.

It's a decent deal, especially with 4 year warranty if you use Citi costco card.

but I was able to get the 5i pro for a few hundred more w upgrades so I went that route.

its really not a bad deal tho

what exactly is thunderbolt 4 for? use only used usb to charge and use mouses etc.
