I owned a style of boots like this from an actual shoe store and the bottom of the soles were very slippery,bespexially for winter. Definitely style over function with this style boot

They're not that bad if you have a good pair, but they definitely aren't for running around in the snow.

Get some cheap adidas. These are trash. I got these in brown from Walmart while my real work boots were in transit. The sole wears fast and the leather coat peels away after some time.
