To the person saying this is too caloric and not for advanced lifters... what are you talking about? No, this wouldn't fit the intake for the two weeks leading up to a show... For everything else, yes. The absolute audacity to come in and spout off this drivel while not understanding food science is ridiculous.
3g fat =27 calories
30g protein = 120 calories
3g dietary fiber/carbs = 12 calories
So that's 160 calories. what of those calories is wasted? If anything, this could use slightly more carbs to be better balanced for a type of meal replacement, which it truly isn't.

Is this product a top recommendation from me? No. Would it be the first thing I try to tinker with in someone's diet? Most likely not. This is pretty cheap and would probably be an upgrade for the average person. Am I getting it for myself? No, but it was worth checking.
