I've been buying Asics for a few years now. Got the Torrance Trail at the same price a couple of weeks ago. They are not comfortable at all, by far the least comfortable Asics I've tried.

This site has terrible customer service. If they screw up your order you'll have to fight for a return shipping label and you'll never get the shoes you ordered. They sent me a woman's shoe size 8 instead of a men's 13, completely different shoes. Then made me email them pictures of the shoes, to prove I wasn't lying. I called again to get a shipping label and to get my shoes shipped. after 17 minutes of talking to a dude that sounded like Tevin Cambell mumbling, he hangs up on me. I called back and they at least email me a return shipping label but they will cancel my original order. You have to re-order the shoes but the sale is already gone. They don't price adjust. They send you a 10% discount for your wasted time

That's crazy because when I had to return a shoe, I just selected they were too small and it generated a return label for me. I didn't have to talk to anybody and nobody had to approve my request. Within a couple days of dropping the box off at Fedex, I got a refund. Seamless process.

Same here. Had to return some sandles last month. Should of known because they were supposedly unisex. Now I know Asics unisex equals poor fit for me. Anyway, couple clicks and quick and easy return.

Asics trail shoes are a bit heavy feeling compared to their regular line. Fyi
