I personally would not wear these as everyday casual shoes. They are my main running shoe right now and I love them for that but the lift feels tall and the drop is aggressive for walking. I prefer something more neutral/flat for that.

If you're a runner and looking for these, they are great. Nike tends to run a little narrow so the wide option is great even if you don't normally get wide.

For those wondering about how to keep these clean, I'd recommend Kiwi's Shoe Protector spray. I spray that on my shoes about once and month and it does a great job having this repel right off. One thing to note though: this does effect the breathability of the sneaker, if that's something you're concerned about.

Happy running!

How do y'all keep these white knit shoes clean? They dirty so quickly.

These were available with a 20% off coupon the last couple weeks though during the mother's day sale so its really just $5 cheaper with even less sizes available in stock. Bought a pair for $76 in early May where the size is out of stock now.

Are these just for nurses (RN) with narrow feet and arches like the Rocky Mountains, or for actual humans also?

Are these any good for just casual walking/wearing around, or a waste of money, really meant for running? Thanks!

Zoom X has greater energy return and is bouncier than React X.

You'll see them on the next tier of running shoes (Nike Invincible, Vaporfly, Pegasus)

The difference seems considerable in lab tests but to be completely honest with you, I can't tell a difference practically. It's very different when they drop a marble onto the sole and measure the bounce... vs you actually running in them as a 175lb+ human. I'm sure the ultra runners will say it makes a difference but if you're running less than 50 miles a week I don't think you would notice. Just my opinion.

Good luck!
