It's not misinformation. Almost every food has some quantity of omega-3s, but doesn't mean that they're bioavailable or that the juice is worth. The squeeze. Seeds are highly problematic and defended by a certain chemical compounds that are deleterious to health. Read up on it, and have some intellectual curiosity.
