Soft is really what people should be using. This is gonna kill your gums.

Please don't use these or any other "medium bristle". Buy soft. The medium wear your enamel and aren't more effective than the soft. The amount of time and technique are what get your teeth cleaner. - random dentist.

I ordered these the last time. The bristle head on these are narrower than most brushes, but it makes it a lot easier to get to those hard to reach places, especially the back teeth.
