I purchased this Dec 31, 2019 for $24. I've also picked up a couple of 18oz ones on sale for $24 around that time period.

This is the model with stainless steel interior. Great thermos and highly recommend for gift.

The capacity here is small. The 16oz versions are more ideal, but both are probably ideal for a commuter backpack. Zoji doesn't appear to make a larger version than 16oz that I can see.

Not dishwasher safe I would say as the paint eventually comes off. It was dark brown but turned to stainless steel lol.

I have an alert for this. Zoji is the best you can buy and rarely goes on sale. Although the 12 oz is small, it is still a great option as a travel thermos.

I bought one of these 3 years ago and its insane how long they keep drinks hot for; after 6-8 hours the drink is still hot enough to burn, and after 24 hours later the drink as warm as if you microwaved it for a minute or two. I have to keep the lid off at work to let it cool down enough for me to drink anything.

My kids use these for water they take to school. We have 4 of varying colors (in addition to three 16 oz ones) that have last over 3 years. There are dings and damage from dropping over time but still going strong. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more if needed at this price.

12oz does tend to look a bit small for my needs, but Zoji's are the best for retaining heat, easy to use one-handed, and ease of cleaning.

what exactly is "slick steel" interior? i think i'd prefer stainless so i dont have to worry about some coating coming off or leaching chemicals. i have a zoji rice cooker that i love but has a non-stick coating rice bowl that is flaking off and makes me nervous. since when is it necessary to coat stainless steel to hold beverage liquids? tomato soup or something acidic?

Bought one just like this awhile back. Left some coffee in it for some unknown period of time and now I can't get the coffee smell out of the rubber gasket thingy. Any slick deals tips?
