Useful if you don't have other photo editing software I suppose, but anyone expecting "AI" or any other kind of "magic" anything at all, this is ain't that. It's just basic color correction software with a bunch of presets.

If this is like any of their previous free giveaways, you only have a limited time (maybe about a year?) to install the free version on your machines. They don't give you an installer file, instead they give a little executable that downloads and installs the software from their servers onto your machine; the link to the installer file disappears after about a year. I remember I got a free key to some Skylum software before, and when I went to install the software on my machine over a year later, I couldn't find the download links. When I emailed them asking where to get the installer files, they simply replied that they don't support that version anymore. Ever since then, I've always immediately installed any free Skylum software they give out whether I plan to use it or not (probably not a good idea, but hey - hmm, someone stop me before I install this one too!).

Machine learning "filters" doesn't mean anything. If you give it a training set of instagram filters then the "AI" filters will just reverse engineer instagram filters. Not amazing.

Wow I like the first image example looks like the opposite of what I would expect. It added a hazy fog affect? 'was the weather TOO good when you took your hiking trip? Well we can change that!'
"AI" is the most overused buzzword these days. This doesn't even seem to be machine learning, it's just filters with settings. What data are they collecting off you? Probably no more than this site is scraping off my phone (hopefully ddgo browser is stopping that...)

For instance: You can thin a persons face, make the eyes pop more, make the whites of the eyes whiter, smooth skin, remove shine, darken/redden lips, make eyebrows more defined, all in one step. You can also batch edit and run giant galleries though it as well.
You can save presets too.
The tooth whitening feature sucks though. All it does it increase exposure instead of actually removing the orange and yellow hues lol
Not sure why that one comment saying it's just filters got so many likes. The program is more than that.
They are kind of predatory in the sense that the "NEW SOFTWARE" is literally the old program with a few new features.
Just be careful if you're applying settings to many photos. Open task manager, and do not do anything until the CPU usage comes back down to idle. If you try to do too much before it stops, the program will crash.

Link is still good today. I just downloaded but have not installed it yet. Digital signature is dated July 25, 2022. I'm hoping this is the correct software version.
