If you were part of the OPM breach that impacted most prior and current military, contactors, dependents, etc., your private information has been released to China (and likely Russia, Iran and North Korea) already.
Our government decided that all contracts must go to the lowest bidder. It was part of downsizing government and moving money to the private sector. It moved a lot of money to corporations, but didn't save any money. Privacy and information security were put on the back burner and outsourced. We got what we paid for.
Not that we should give up, but the picture is not pretty.

Even though newegg deal was for win, there was an option to d/l win or mac in the email confirmation after purchase. I did not try the mac, but the win d/l , installed and activated just fine.

you can scroll through which companies they offer. I got the Lowes gift card which came within minutes of purchase and it states no expiration date.
$34.99 less $20 gift card or $14.99

Option #1:
1. Install SW on both computers. Do not install state
2. Prepare federal return on computer #1
3. Copy T22 file from computer #1 to #2
4. Install state 1 on computer #1 and state 2 on computer #2
5. Prepare state 1 on computer #1 and state 2 on computer #2
Option #2 (again, I personally did not try it, but it should work):
1. Install SW on both computers with respective states.
2. Copy states 2 installation file from computer #2 to #1 and install it.
3. Now you should have both states installed on computer #1
Good luck!
I think I figured out that this year's theme is plural fruit. So "grapes", "lemons", "fruits", etc.
I haven't been able to find one as cheap as last year.
