Look Under Portfolio Summary Page in Beta View (toggle switch at top right) and If you Are eligible for offer, click "Get TurboTax Online Premier free"
Members are reporting that the offer is found by scrolling down to bottom of summary page
Alternatively, you may have an offer to purchase the CD/Download version for $5
Follow the instructions to redeem at Intuit's TurboTax website
For select Fidelity customers, Turbotax Premier is free (typically $69).
Go to your Accounts Summary page. If eligible, you will see a box titled "Get TurboTax Premier free" on the right side towards the bottom of the page with a link to TurboTax
Download version of TurboTax Premier is also available for $5.
Follow the Fidelity link to get to TurboTax website. At the top of the screen there is a drop down menu under 'Do it Yourself' >> "Doing your taxes with a CD/Download" and you should be able to see the download option for Premier.

Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

I've been getting that too since the first or second day this was posted. It was posted previously that Fidelity is aware of this. Probably not going to be fixed until after the holidays. It showed $0 last year and prior so just have to wait for them to fix it.
Yes, it did work. I used the downloaded version though, since I don't like to give them my personal details to store in their servers. I guess it is worth the $5 for the peace of mind.
For the same reason, I also directly go to their website from the browser instead of clicking links from here. This is true for any financial web sites.
I saw this offer around Dec 20 on my Fidelity home page, but did not take it as I'd like to install it onto my new PC. But after New Year, I login to Fidelity, and can't find it any more. Did it expire?

where on the fidelity page do you see this? still in the summary page?
There is no Beta View. I contacted Fidelity Customer Support and received confirmation.
Me: There is no Beta View anymore? since when did that change?
Fidelity Rep: Few months ago when the Beta Version became live
Me: Thank you. I have to report this information that there is no Beta View available and the offer publication on that website is not accurate. However, several people reported that offer was accurate and they used it today also. I hope you are correct.
However, the link provided by OP and Beowulf in their comments worked. I got TT Premier for $5.
