Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

There is no Beta View. I contacted Fidelity Customer Support and received confirmation.
Me: There is no Beta View anymore? since when did that change?
Fidelity Rep: Few months ago when the Beta Version became live
Me: Thank you. I have to report this information that there is no Beta View available and the offer publication on that website is not accurate. However, several people reported that offer was accurate and they used it today also. I hope you are correct.
However, the link provided by OP and Beowulf in their comments worked. I got TT Premier for $5.
When did you get it for $5 ? Is it this week or in December?
Just got it for $5 a could minutes ago. Had the 403 error before.
Are you qualified based on the asset in your fidelity account at first place ? In other words, when you log onto your fidelity account, do you see the offer?

Nobody actually knows what the qualifications are because it's been inconsistent between accounts.
I got a 401 error with this Fidelity link[fidelity.com] because I wasn't logged onto my Fidelity account when I tried it. Were you logged onto your Fidelity account when you tried it?

Did you try the link after logging onto your Fidelity account? The link gave me a 401 error when I tried it before logging onto my Fidelity account but after I logged on then it worked.
