Got the email but can't figure out how to redeem. When I click the redeem now button it just takes me to the Apple music app on my Android with no way to redeem. Any help?

Try deleting the app then have it use your browser then reinstall the app.

I have existing subscription expiring next month. When I try to redeem it, it says this offer is only available for new customers!🤷 ♂️
