Looked right so clicked agree, then went into my subscriptions to see if I could cancel now and still use it and it showed

I'm not a current Apple Music user and possibly already used a free trial earlier already. I was about to be sad about only getting 3 months like others had said but I had screenshot the screen showing the 4 months and was contemplating if I could e-mail Apple about it and while I was staring at it , the date renewal refreshed and changed to April 21, 2023! No idea why it did that, but anyone who got 3 months initially should go into their subscriptions to check if it changed to 4 months

ETA: you probably had to have originally been shown the 4 months renewal date at sign up though
